Rafael Pavón

Rafael worked for 6 years as an art director in advertising, developing his creative and visual skills in agencies such as Young & Rubicam, Delete London and Remo until 2006 when he moved to London. He graduated with an MA in Communication Design and Digital Media at Central Saint Martins College of Art in 2008 and decided join forces with Ricardo, Lucas and Eric and start Watergun.

Ricardo Uhagón Vivas

Creative director

Ricardo studied Business in Madrid and Film in summer production workshops at USC Los Angeles. Lived in New York from 2005 to 2008 and worked in different film productions with directors such as Michel Gondry, Lasse Hallström and Mira Nair. Currently studying an MFA in Broadcast Cinema at Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles.

Eric Schockmel

Head of Motion Graphics

Eric left his native Luxembourg to study graphic design at Ecole de Recherche Graphique in Brussels before moving on to London to explore time-based media and the moving image. He joined Watergun after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins.

Lucas de la Rúa

Executive Producer

Lucas started working as Industry Consultant between Mexico, London and San Sebastián and studied Finance at UC Berkeley. Worked as a Production Manager for 3 years between the USA, UK and Spain. Currently, as Watergun’s Executive Producer, he is also improving his audiovisual entrepreneurial skills at the IE Business School in Madrid.


Bernadette Engel

Creative Intern

Bernadette studied Communication Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Darmstadt, Germany. She applied for the Erasmus Scholarship in 2010. Since then she has been living in London and has spent a year at Camberwell College of Arts on the BA (Hons) Graphic Design course exploring different approaches and disciplines within design. She is currently gaining work experience at Watergun.

Amandine Radigue

PR Collaborator

Amandine studied Communications and Media in Paris and Bordeaux while working for several cultural associations in Paris, Rennes and Grenoble. She started working with Watergun in 2011 thanks to the Leonardo grant and she is currently dealing with the communication from France. She is doing a MA in Fine Arts and Communication as well as making delicious cakes.
